Jeffrey Allen, President, has sewn the mission of “providing the best possible service” into the fabric of our agency. John Rickards, Executive Vice President, alone brings over 36 years of industry experience to the Commercial Lines department he heads. Our entire staff is committed to our continuing tradition of providing service and competence that is second to none.

Minto & Wilikie in the Community

Minto & Wilkie Insurance Agency has been involved with the community of Marin County since our inception. As a founding member of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce, we still participate with local business. In a combined 120 years as proud members of the Mission San Rafael and Tiburon Rotary Clubs, we haven’t missed a meeting. We continue to support and participate in a number of non-profit organizations – locally and beyond. We thank many of our clients – be they individuals, companies, municipalities, or non-profits – that have sought our services as a result of our community involvement.
